Certification Advice

I have a 2.1 in BSc(Hons) Business Information Technology and Im trying to get an entry level job (eg. helpdesk or graduate scheme). From there I would like to go into Networking (specialising in Microsoft) then Network Security. When I have gained more experience and certifications I would like to go into Computer Forensics.
To do all this am I best starting to gain the CompTIA A+ certification then ComptTIA Network+, MCSE and CISSP?
Are certifications and gaining work experience more worthwhile than going back to uni and getting a Computer Forensics degree?
