I'm not familiar with Stevenson University - I would recommend that you consider Universities that are recognized Centers of Academy Excellence due to recognition ( https://www.nsa.gov/ia/academic_outreach/nat_cae/institutions.shtml )

Any University can offer courses in Cyber* / Forensics*, however if no one heard of it, you may not get much of a return on your investment.

..oh, and since you're working for a 3-letter Agency, UCD has a Masters that is restricted to Law Enforcement only; I completed it last year so feel free to PM with questions.

I graduated with an MSc from UCD also (in 2007) - excellent and well respected forensics degree course.
