As a part of my research project I have developed Framework of standards along with a methodology to addresses core issues in the investigation of computer related crimes. It covers the legal, ethical, educational and technical aspects of a digital forensics examination and is designed to be flexible enough to address the investigation of all digital related crimes, to include, mobile forensics, computer forensics, cyber forensics, network forensics and cloud forensics. It has also been designed to accommodate e- discovery examinations.
