I might be wrong but I was under the impression that the manual was (officially) only available to those who have purchased the program? Perhaps someone else can comment?

You all probably know but just reminding incase - URL for the downloads to EnCase manuals in pdf form but as already pointed out you will have needed to have purchased a copy so you can access the downloads.
