Digital Forensics is my passion - its the ultimate investigative experience in my opinion. I'm also an avid learner, both by hands-on doing and learning from others. To that end, I created a multi-tabbed project for the tracking of Digital Forensics Certifications, Post-Graduate Degrees, Forensics Associations & Memberships, and Forensic Forums/Wikis/Discussion Boards.

Enjoy and if you have recommendations, feel free to let me know and I'll add them in.

Amazing effort!

And FYI most (if not all) of the Guidance courses are 4 days. The only ones I'm "not sure" about are the first Responder, v7 transition, and EnCe prep. They also do a Host Intrusion Methodology and Investigation course, which is 4 days.

X-ways have a host of courses, not just certification
https://www.x-ways.net/training/

X-ways I is 4 days, Memory forensics is 1 day, there's also X-Ways II and file systems.
To be honest the X-Ways courses are some of the better ones I've been on.

With your passion, I'd be extremely interested in seeing you share the wealth of that passion.

For example, what is your investigative process? What types of exams have you performed, and what have you found? Can you share redacted case notes? What challenges have you overcome, and what unique (or perhaps not so unique) solutions have you come up with?

Good Morning Harlan - I post regularly on the self.computerforensics subreddit and you'll see my postings under the General Discussion forum of this site and others. When appropriate, I'll add my .02 to questions posed by others and offer my thoughts during discussions if I think I have something to add to the conversation.
