Staffordshire university - uk, Im doing a MRes in Forensic Computing at this university,initially started on the MSc forensic computing but the modules tought wew more computer science then forensic computing in the first semester only had 1 module called Forensic Computing Concepts, other then that it was all HCI, Computer Grephics, Multi Media, Network Systems and Technologies etc.

But i have heard that the university is improving their modules for sept 2005 you might wanna check out their website for module listings.
