Internet of Things Datasets

Hello! I am new in this Forum and i am preparing my Thesis.

My thesis is about IoT Forensics. The thing is that i have to make a simulation attack. The scenario should contain things from the IoT (smartphones, Arlo camera, Nest, Alexa etc)

I don't own nothing from these things (except of a smartphone!). How i suppose to make this simulation. Is it possible to find somewhere some datasets or logs or artifacts of such things that i' ve described above? And if yes where? Can i generate these data somehow?

Any idea and help is more that welcome!
