What's you're guys thoughts on this degree?

I have a degree in Computer Networking and Security Management. I also have a CISSP and CEH certification.

This program isn't geared towards digital/computer forensics, but almost everything except that.

I am currently enrolled in their online MIS with Security Concentration program. Debating whether or not to switch over. I am 4 courses into the MIS program.

Thoughts? Yes? No?

I suppose it depends on what you are considering doing career wise in future. If you wanted to go into general law enforcement, or even potentially security, then the degree seems to offer a good mix of subjects.

If you are looking specifically at computer forensics, then this probably would not be the most suitable, although many of the subjects would certainly enhance your background knowledge of the criminal justice system and processes in it.

If you are planning to go into law enforcement as a sworn officer, with the hope of moving into a CF or computer crime unit, then maybe this would be a good program, as it would help with the time that you would have to spend "in the trenches" so to speak doing general law enforcement work before moving into a more specialised LE field such as DF.

Hope this helps.
