Most Challeging Forensic Proficiency Testing Available

I'm looking at ASCLD-LAB proficiency testing and would like some insight into which of the following certs are the most thorough and challenging for a digital forensics analyst.

I have looked at the core competencies tested by each, but would still value your feedback on this subject. As I have to choose one, and am looking for the most thorough.
