Hi
I have worked in I.T for the last 12 years, and feel I need a slight change in career. I have always been interested in computer forensics. I have reviewed the various web sites which offer computer forensic courses, both in the theory aspect of the job and the software which is commonly used. I can’t make up my mind which course would be more beneficial to me, in Ireland.
I was looking at the Certified Computer Examiner course or the CEH course? I was also thinking of applying for the EnCase online course.
At the moment I’m thinking strongly towards the Encase online course and the Certified Computer Examiner on line course.
Would these courses be a good starting point, to get into computer forensics? Does anyone know if these certifications are recognised in Ireland.
Thanks in advance
