I am currently working my way through the above. However when I bought this from Amazon I was assured that I could get an ebook to save me retyping the code included or a DVD , unfortunately there was no dvd and i cannot find the link to the syngress ebooks anymore.

Can anyone help.

Simon

Are you sure? I got mine from Amazon and the DVD was in a jacket inside the back cover.

nope nothing there.

just frustrating as I will have to type out the code, and without DVD some of the modules needed for the log analysis are going to be missing. Don't forget this is amazon in the uk.

I will contact them to see if they can help.

Oops. You're talking about the Perl scripting book. I don't believe that there was a DVD with that but I am pretty sure that there is an e-book at the Syngress site.

You could also try PM'ing Harlan directly on this site. He shows up from time to time. )
