Skimmer forensics training

I'm looking for training on skimmer forensics (ATM and point-of-sales terminals) ?

We are looking for a training covering the following topics
- The technologies that can be used to steal credit/debit card informations (EEPROM, Bluetooth, etc.).
- The methodology / vocabulary associated with skimmer forensics.
- How the information is stored on a hacked skimmer.
- How to unsolder EEPROM.
- How to access and interpret data from the EEPROM.
- Infos on smart credit/debit cards.

Does anyone know a provider for this type of training? I looked at Teeltech and they don't offer anything regarding skimmers.
