Stroz Friedberg Training

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can comment on the value of the training provided by Stroz Friedberg. I plan on taking the two classes below

Advanced Data Breach and Network Intrusion Investigations
Advanced Digital Forensic Analysis

I am looking for good thorough training with hands on labs. I want to really walk away from the training with working knowledge. I have taken the SANS forensic training (did the SANS@home) and thought that they tried to cover to much stuff in a short period of time. Looking for more concentrated training.
