Survey on cyberterrorism (gathering data for project!)

Hi! I am a student of BCIT in Vancouver, Canada and currently working on a project on the topic on cyber terrorism. My project is to write about the possibility of Canada being a target of cyber terrorism. The survey has only 20 questions and take less than 5 minutes to complete.
