I am going to take a steganography Examiner Training class at University of Central Florida National Center for Forensic Science next month. I am opting to take the class with out the software. I am flying down and paying for my room so cash will be a bit tight. I am a student and did not know if it would be worth it to pay the extra money for the software. Those of you who take the bootcamps and other trainings is it worth it to buy the software or not? thanks

My experience with bootcamps is that you get major discounts on the software. If you want the software, it's probably a good time to buy it. The discount will probably extend through the length of the course or beyond. You'll be able to learn about the software during the course and make an informed decision while you're there.
