After what seems like an eternity of resume's and cover letters i finally have an interview set up for a big firm located in Washington DC…heres a little background
I have an EnCE, A.A.S degree in computer forensics, and will be receiving my bachelors degree in the summer…. I also have a year of professional experience working as a full time intern at a local forensic consulting firm.
The company is in the top 100 places to work for according to fortune and the opening is for a forensic associate in their financial division.
Those of you already in the field, what questions do you expect for them to ask me at the interview? any help would be much appreciated…
Excited and nervous! wish me luck and any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
Glad to head it, tycmxc! Be sure to let us know how the interview goes.

First off, congratulations on the interview.
What stage of interview is this? First interview, over the phone? If so, be prepared for more general questions that highlight your background, internship experience and other professional experience.
If you've had the one or couple phone interviews, be prepared for more in depth and technical questions. You should look at the original job post you applied for and gauge the questions around the listed responsibilities and skills. For example, if the job is more of collection/imaging based, you might be asked questions like have you ever taken apart video game consoles? What are the differences between .E01 and .001 image formats etc etc.
Finally, you'll want to research the company and compile a list of your own questions for them during the interview. Benefits? Work schedule? Career progression, training etc.
Also, might be a good idea to spend a couple days in DC.. I'm from Seattle originally and lived in the DC area for a couple of years. The cities and people couldn't be more different. Might be something to think about.
Good luck!
