In India the cases related to Computer Forensics are referred to Government Examiner of Questioned Documents(GEQD) at Kolkata, Shimla, Hyderabad for analysis. GEsQD are under the administrative control of Directorate of Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
You can join the GEQD, Hyderabad as a Junior Research Fellow and can register for Doctoral study in Computer Forensic.
