To collect evidence for court we are testing cam-based logging of a drone flight to proof the geospatial airspaceline (air location combined with timeline). As the drones communicate in pilot-mode (not GPS autarkic) by Wifi to the ground station we try to get evicence by setting up Directed Wifi-Scanners to 'Wifi-follow' the drone in airspace.
Just scanning no MITM takeover or UFDS -) approach.
Who knows or runs a similar approach (no research papers, real testing)?
