I have come to a case where IEF has extracted more than double the media of what physical analyzer has extracted.

I would like to find a way to import these media files into NetClean to make for easier catergorising.

Thanks in advanced!

I use Griffeye (newer version of Netclean)

In IEF
File - Export - Project Vic

In Griffeye create a new case and import the project Vic file.

Please note this is from the top of my head.

What kind of extraction did you get? I don't see why you need to use IEF as a middleman. If its a physical extraction, Netclean can read dd files. It can extra images from zip files as well. There might be some funny business if you get those z01 files from some file system extractions. Then, I'd export the file system from Cellebrite, and import to Netclean from there. I typically put the extracted file system in a .vhd file for analysis, integrity, and get around that 255 character path limit..

Hi guys,

Just out of interest, when you use projectvic to export media files and import them into NetClean did you loose all file paths and if so, how did you get around this?

Cheers -)
