hello there
sumsung is become more strong every day .. today i got the phone it's protected by fingerprint i need to bypass FRP first then upload TWRP ( custome recovery ) to remove fingerprint security files … i used some phone box's like ( z4x and ocotplus ) but without success and when i talked to bo support i got this replay

Hello.

Combination firmwares which we have at the moment are available in "samsung/COMBINATION" folder of the Support Area.
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area.

There are two methods, of how to reset FPR using Combination firmware
I.

Write "boot.img" partition from appropriate Combination firmware via "Advanced mode" option (select Combination firmware, un-check partitions except "boot.img").
Perform "Reset FRP" operation in Software.

II.

Write Full Combination Firmware.
Go to "Developer Options" in phone Settings.
Check "Enable OEM unlock" option.
Make Factory Data Reset.
Reflash the phone with full stock (orignal) firmware.

Note "boot.img" from Combination firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).
Note You can write "boot.img", Combination firmware or to downgrade phone's firmware version only on your own risk!

and this

Currently the only solution is to try to use different Combination firmwares. Unfortunately Factory Reset FRP service is not working at the moment.

all of this way did not work !!

is there any think that i can do ISP or JTAG i need data on the phone

@qassam22222 be kind to people who share their knowledge here (usually for free)!

If you continue like this, it is only a matter of time until you get deleted, and you wouldn't want that, right ?!
