access denied error while extracting forensic images

Dear Forensic Expert,

I am trying to extract forensic images which are copy of laptop and desktop and getting Access denied error for whole user folder. Even though i can see the valid data. I am using FTK Imager to extract the images.

Any help would be appreciated.
