Can someone give me a hint how to get to the disk content of HP RAID Array Controller RAID 1 disks?
I have taken out one of the 2 disks in the RAID 1, connected it to my write blockers (tried CRU and Logicube) and neither Windows 10, X-Ways or Ubuntu 16.04 LTS could read anything.

Finally I was successful with a Windows FE, booted from USB. But this access is slow. Any change to take one of the RAID 1 disks out of the cage and connect it to my forensic laptop?

regards,
Robin

Been a while since I've done one of these PITA HP's, and I'm not sure I managed to access the data in the way you describe at the time, but as a workaround to consider (and speed things up), you could potentially plug in a sata/e-sata PCI/PCIE controller, to connect your destination storage, and image out to that at "full speed" (using your forensics boot disc/USB of choice).
