ACPO guidelines dissertation help

Thank you all so much for your guidance. I have taken all the points mentioned into consideration and agree a step by step process of procedures is the way forward, a training software guide.

The reason I mentioned about the programming language is since my course is a computing course they expect us to produce a piece of software. Otherwise I would gladly do a process checklist of some kind. Since my course also didn't teach ANY modules in programming, and they expect us to just produce this mindblowing piece of software, is unjustified in itself. But anyway rant over. So I am not a programmer of any kind, the only scripting I know a little of is php. But obviously I am dedicated to this so will research and find a way.
