What information can be derived from the active directory in terms of artefacts,
artefacts from a web server, print server and email server. All these have been configured in windows server 2003, any experiments which can be conducted to finds these artefacts.

There is quite a bit of information in AD. Is there something in particular you are seeking?

AD is going to control the users, policies, etc. for the forest/tree(s)/domain in essence the entire schema.

If the web server is internal there could be policies for access or modification rights. Perhaps it is a Sharepoint server? If so there is even more integration.

As for the print server or individual printers, they can be defined, assigned, restricted and more.

E-Mail server or Exchange server? Obviously if Exchange there is major integration with AD.

There is so much that without a little hint of what you are researching it would be next to impossible to go into all the nuances.
