It isn't clear from the document whether people working for the defence are roped into this but, as a document written for the public sector, maybe not given the statement in the report "Attorney General should encourage, by all means possible, the accreditation of all non-DOJ Digital and Multimedia FSSPs with any available enforcement mechanisms.”
