Adobe Acrobat MetaData Analysis Help!

Greetings!

I am conducting an investigation and analysis, and i have come across, a PDF file which was generated using PDF redirect v2.0.

I have manually extracted little meta-data from the file,
and it seems it is XAP packets of adobe metadata,

as the Metadata foolows

<XAPMMDocumentID>uuidfollowed by some hash
and
<XAPMMInstanceID>uuidfollowed by some hash,

Now I am keen on finding out, whether is it possible to decode the UUID , as it may reveal something pertaining to MAC address or HDD Serial number.

or some unique artifacts.

Need your help.
