Android App that shows whats being sent out

There is an app for Androids that shows where texts are made from, where calls are made from, the top ten apps that have sent out data on the phone, and many other features. Very helpful for users who like to know which apps are sending out their data and which ones are doing it the most! Also good if one suspects their android phone has been hacked or bugged.
