Im developing a final year software development project where I use android to spoof the location of my device. The software was working great up until recently, until I tried to go a step further and spoof the actual network ie, agps.

I have seemed to inject some data somewhere that my tablet just doesn't agree with. The app now wont work correctly on it. I know f I could remove that data out of there it would correct this.

The tablet Im using is a cheap huawei mediapad 2. It runs jellybean 4.3.

Ive tried resetting the device, but the problem seems to run deeper. Ive rooted it and I have started looking for relevant files in the system.

I could use some advice regarding the location of files that might hold data relating to gps, particularly relating to the configuration of the location providers, gps, agps, passive.

I have looked at /system/etc/gps.conf, but it only seems to hold data relating to gps servers.

Any advice would be most welcome,

thanks
