Unless you are just making an image of the mountable storage, you'll need a mobile device imager. Cellebrite, Paraben, Xways, AccessData, Oxygen, and a handful of other products out there up to the challenge. Be aware that for cell phones there is no "one solution fits all" software. Be prepared to buy (or at least try) multiple tools to get a proper and complete image of the device.
hi Javasabin,
You could root your Android phone and install busybox so that you could use netcat and dd to acquire an image from it. Otherwise you have to use commercial forensic tools like Oxygen Forensic suite, XRY, UFED… By the way also you could use EnCase to acquire data from an Android phone. More and more forensic tools support mobile phone forensics. Suspects may not use computers but they are very likely to use smartphones. You could take a look at my blog as below

I had success with magnet forensics on a number of android phones where Cellebrite fails. The sets it fails are Hauwei ones. But same is the case with Cellebrite. But as javasabin said multiple tools are the solution.
