We (F3) are inviting nominations from the forensic community for an annual award to be made to a person who has made an “outstanding contribution to Forensic Computingâ€.
The award will be made at this years F3 conference in Tortworth Court Gloucester shire on the 7th November and will comprise of a trophy, an honorary membership to F3 (for the individual, not their organisation) and a free place at the following years’ F3 conference where they will be asked to hand over the trophy to the next recipient.
The F3 committee have have appointed me to co-ordinate the nomination so please send me your nominations along with an explaination why this individual should receive this award and what their contribution to forensics has been.

For this year only, the F3 committee will review the nominations and choose a person suitable to receive the award this year. After this year an independent committee will be formed to review the nominations and select the winner.
The closing date for nominations is the 17th September 2007. I look forward to receiving the nominations.
