I have recovered some CD's that have Apple - Mac OS X Disc Recdr - Discrecording framework 5.0.9d2 written over the first lot of disc sectors. Amongst this data is a YYYYMMDDHHMMSS stamp. This I am assuming (no OS X to test it on at the moment) is the burn time? The files/folders have created dates one week before this burn time and last accessed a little after the created (3 hours). Anyone have any idea to the provenance of these dates? Date created/accessed I am again assuming are those taken from the hard disk and have nothing to do with the authoring of the CD's? I am planning to test these theories but am waiting finance to buy me OS X (could be a while!). Anyone have any experience with Mac OS burnt CD's? Many thanks

Update Did some testing and my assumptions were almost correct. The YYYYMMDDHHMMSS is a UTC date and the folders/files kept their original Hard Drive dates.
