Practice makes perfect lol
Feel free to correct me on the correct iOS versions that started all this, but if memory serves me correct I think Apple got into the cellular forensics business around iOS8? Apple then dumped phones up till about 9.0 for law enforcement as long as they received a search warrant which we know is based upon the the legal standard; probable cause.
During the time period that Apple was dumping phones for law enforcement can anyone tell me of at least one subscriber whose "Right's" were violated under that process?
I was also wondering if any of you might care to comment on this as well. At any point does an individuals privacy rights outweigh a search warrant?

As I see it, most of the point revolves not around the search warrant, but rather on the extension of the AWT (All Writs Act) and its applicability to the matter at hand.

it is a discussion that has yet to take place, among legislators.
Also, unfortunately things are not as black/white as one would like them to be, there are a lot of shades of gray
