The link is not present in the "home page"of forensic focus (where last 4 posts of the forums are visible, maybe this created the issue), but is there (next to "Forum FAQ") when you click on Forums.
In any case it leads to

Easy way to search any forum you want. Go to google.com then type in
my search sitewww.forensicfocus.com/forums
And google will return results just from that forum. I do that sometimes to find old threads on my own forum that I'm even the admin of. Google is a much better search than any built-in search functions.
