Are there self testing Q&A or Multiple Choice websites available for people that are starting out or studying to be a CCE?

Some system administration tests, or system operations test may also be suitable – it's not really CF questions where to find registry files etc. it's more of system knowledge.

that's a good point. as a matter of fact if I'm personally ever asked what/where would be a good start for someone interested in the field, I propose establishing a baseline understanding of a lot of that general computer and OS knowledge that is typically skipped over by eager enthusiasts.
