Actually it does look like a FREE (as in "no money") limited one is available
http//www.criminallawandjustice.co.uk/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers&Itemid=

Registration to criminallawandjustice.co.uk is FREE. This gives limited access to the site.
A subscription to Criminal Law & Justice Weekly is £315 for 1 year and gives full access to criminallawandjustice.co.uk.

Still you'll have to give them some personal data.

The Occupation "categories" look interesting 😯
