Audio editting software named 2 boxer ?

Hello,

I have searched for the name, sounded like "2 boxer kit" with no luck. I got this from an audio file and it was compared to being like Audacity. I got the impression that it specialized in vocal communication evidence rather than like Audacity which is for music in general. I do not know if this is a software product name or a specialized audio forensic tool or if it is even vaporware. Any help you can give is very much appreciated.

Edit After some adjustment of audio sounds more like "2 bot kit". His quote is " Audacity, basically the same thing, only more musically oriented. This is 2 bot kit."
