We will see more and more autocars in the very near future. As we know that, autopilot uses these sensors in combination with GPS-driven satellite navigation and ‘high precision digital maps’ to give the car a pretty comprehensive idea of where it is, where other cars are, where the road is heading and how close it might be to the central reservation on the motorway.

Let's say if autocar accident happen, who is to blame? the driver or the autocar or the manufacturer? One day LE may need to conduct a autocar forensics to find out what's going on and find out who's response for the accident actually.

I'd expect such companies to have some sort of caveat in place where they state the user of the car is ultimately responsible for overseeing the operation of the vehicle.

LE already can/does provide vehicle GPS and blackbox (Event Data Recorder) forensics on certain model vehicles that have such systems. EDR's just aren't widespread yet as their install is not mandated yet and is only voluntary currently. The NHTSA (here in the US) is working on making this mandatory for all new vehicles in coming years and I believe they were reviewing applicable wording to send to law back in 2014.

Thanks. That's a good news. So far I'm not sure the safety of sitting in a autocar. What if sudden unintented acceleration happen? What if autocar being hacked by a crazy hacker and remote control autocar to bump into other people's car…

When it comes to emergency incident response, I rather believe in myself, not a autocar.
