BES Send/Received date time zone question

If there is a BES logging that is in Central Standard Time and there are employees overseas in France when looking at the SMS logging, the Send/Received Date that is contained in the BES log is that time going to be the time it was sent in France, or in CST and have to adjust for the time zone difference. I see there is a server log date, but we need to determine if the SMS was sent during certain hours and I dont know if the time in that column was when it was sent in France, or the time is local in CST, thank you.
