Hello All-

I am seeking your opinion on the best book out there that discusses testifying, being an expert witness, depositions, affidavits, etc pertaining to computer forensic investigations.

THIS tome is old but one of my first reads on the subject.

THIS is my most recent addition (Kindle version). Not IT based but a good read.

I use The Forensic Expert's Guide to Litigation by Dr. Marc Rabinoff (available through http//www.acfei.com/ as a reference. A bit older and not directly for CF but a good overview and reference.
