Best Forensic Suite for Feature Phones

Getting a lot of feature phones lately and support for the devices has been lacking. Either completely unsupported or just getting contacts. We have XRY and Cellebrite, but I might be able to swing management on another tool if it can support feature phones (w/ sms/mms, call logs and contacts).

Which software suite has great support for feature phones?

We're coming across a lot of ZTE and Alcatel phones. Such as the Alcatel 4044N and ZTE 223. Often we're seeing partial support, such as we can retrieve contacts, but call logs and sms have to be gathered manually.

There is no such thing as the best forensics software. All of them have advantages and disadvantages. I would add Oxygen Forensic Detective to the list.
