Best package to recover Gmail??

Hi guys,

Best package to retrieve gmail artefacts? Anyone have experience in that?

The user will have accessed their mail using a web browser, most likely IE. The OS is Windows Vista.

I have been using IEF V5 but not sure if there is anything better.
