Users log into their mobile devices by fingerprint, facial and voice recognition. Biometric authentication should be accessible for LEOs to close the chain of evidence. Today only subscribtion and content attributes back to a suspect. But Biometric Evidence BE would be needed.

Between crime and seizuring is a missing time element and the risk of manipulation (deletion of content, resetting).

How to first get BE and second to proof that no manipulation has occured?

Academia can help but - please come back and post HERE

Isn't that BHURMA ? (Biometric Human Unique Recognition Matrix Asset) ?

Or BALLS 😯 (Biometric Access Logins List Status)?

It cannot be that valuable biometric information is not accessible for LEOs. Authentication and Privacy have to being opened for LEOs. Having this quality of information we could attribute more ditrectly crime to suspects.

There has to be a way to get out Biometric Evidence like any other data. Otherwise GoingDark.

Not so surprisingly.

Maybe also having all people geo-located 24/7, real time access to each and every connection/transfer and a fleet of small drones continuously flying around each and every person on Earth would further help.

Authentication and Privacy have to being opened for LEOs.

You mean warrantless and generically or in exceptional cases and after a motivated warrant has been emitted by a Judge?

LEOs work based on L like Law. We are not Secret Services breaking into everything just for INT.

Back to the issue

How can DF get access into biometrics? The physical presence of the device is given as a precondition.

Cellebrite should officially go for this!
