Most of us know how to unlock a Bitlocker encrypted drive.

But, when one bypasses the Windows Logon, is that still possible?
Ie. has Bitlocker something to do with the BIOS?

I am currently trying to logon into a W10 system (with HDD Bitlocker protected) to no avail, whereas I previously (Bitlocker not activated) could log in without problems (trough a USB UEFI boot program, certainly well known here).

System simply refuses to boot.

So my question does Bitlocker modifies some BIOS parameters?

I recommend consulting with the experts at Elcomsoft

** I have no professional association with Elcomsoft but our forensic practice does own licenses of Elcomsoft Phone Breaker.
