I have the image of Blackberry Express Server and a Blackberry Enterprise Server.

If you have BES and BES Express you may also want to see if there has been migration from the Express version to standard BES. That is because migration of existing Express users cannot be performed as a straight swap. BES usually requires a clean install and then use 'transporter' to move users from BES Express across to the new install.

*.mdf /*.ldf = Microsoft SQL Server
*.edb = Exchange and Windows Search Index
