Sign up for the OU course M889. The students generally complain that it has too much UK law content 😉

Yes there is room because the value of such a book is it can approach the subject from a particular angle. Google authors such as

Colin Tapper
Dr Indira Carr and Katherine Williams
Professor David Bainbridge

There are many other authors too, but the authors above wrote books on UK computer law highlighting civil and criminal issues. Another example dealing with computer law for civil and criminal issues but took a particular angle was a source I referred to earlier "Laws of the Internet" which was written by Nathan Nabarro Solicitors.
