i did it with ocotplus box i dump full flash from the phone but how to now is it encrypted or not ??

the extension for the image is .bin
if it is encrypted what to do ? is encryption depends on the pin long or what ?

Open userdata.img in hex editor, verify the header, look for some known data like, filenames etc or try opening/mounting it.

i think it is encrypted ( i cant understand any think from hex editor …. so what is the next step ho i can decrypt it ?? and encryption depends on what ? on the pin long or what ?

I tried to understand but I couldn't ( could explain in simple way !
they didnt mention anythink about extracting data from encrypted image
