bulk_extractor on Android dd image create empty histogram fi

I used bulk_extractor on a .dd image collected from Android mobile device. The very first time I used it, create histogram files with data. But all the other time though xx_histogram.txt files were created they were empty. Associated data files (i.e. telephone.txt) have data.

Any one have such experience or can help me with it please…
