Are you trying to find the actual CD drive, or the PC?
Sector 0x10 generally contains info on software used to write CD, unless it is a UDF disk. It also has an area that is not defined for different identfiers.
Many systems will use the common software pacakges, so is far from unique.
I think it's sector 16 which contains the ISO9660 descriptor, which contains the authoring software. I found that a lot of DVD recordable discs use both UDF and ISO9660 primary volume descriptors to increase compatibility.
I don't think there will be useful information in the UDF PVD. To find it you go to sector 256 then the first byte identifies its location, I think.
I don't think there are any codes which identify a specific disc. There is sometimes a batch/bar code set which by the manufacturer, but that isn't very useful.
