Hi, xways forensics parses cdata sqlite db file under USER/appdata/local/temp as chrome history file. Why is not that file located under chrome profile directory? And what is that file?

Recently saw one of these files on a case of mine. The database is definitely in the correct format to be from chromium, however it could be used by any application that implements a chromium browser inside the application.
I've still got some work to do in relation to this file, if I find anything I will let you know. If anyone else has seen one before and can give some possible answers it would be appreciated 🙂

Thanks for the hint. It is not necessarily to come from chrome browser. Good point.Â
