Do you mean a software for tracking the phone or you want to learn all about phone tracking and analysis. If you mean the latter one than I would suggest you sign up for training for Cell Site Analysis. But if you are looking for any software there are loads you can google and find out both commercial and non-commercial, but there are many limitation on the use and how they work and etc, etc. Hope this helps.
